PREPRODUCTION:

A meeting (virtual or in person) is set to discuss expectations and timelines. Once settled, a 50% retainer is paid and a contract is signed to secure the date and start time of the project. A full listing of the team members participating in the photoshoot (along with their current job position and department) along with ID designs (if applicable) must be provided AT LEAST 48 hours before the photoshoot. A proposed timetable will be sent to your company representative stating the times each team member is to be on site for the photoshoot. For design and printing IDs, a high quality logo file (in JPG or PNG format) must be sent as well as the name and signature of the authorizing officer alongside the aforementioned team listing.

PHOTOSHOOT:

The remaining 50% balance must be settled before the photoshoot ends. Team members will be alloted a window of FOUR (4) minutes to ensure a fast and easy workflow. 

POSTPRODUCTION:

The company representative(s) will receive a draft of one of the completed IDs and/or photos for review. This will be sent via Dropbox link. The link will expire in 48 hours after being sent. ONE (1) set of changes are included in each package. Any additional changes will result in additional charges. Once approved, the full set of images will be sent via Dropbox and the printed IDs will be delivered.
